Dear all ,

Need 5cent 10 cent from u guys.

I just bought a 122 sqm 5rm. Intend to to vinyl flooring for kitchen and laminate for the rest. I have 2 different supplier n contractors for these. And for hacking intend to get direct ppl to do it. Then lastly get another carpenter to do up other wall features n wardrobe plus kitchen cabinet.

Pls advise.

Vinyl flooring I got for overlay 2.50 /sq ft. N for laminate flooring I gt from Vohringer only at 5k include hacking.

actually contractor now also do provide all in one service too. so should not be a problem to find one.

Cos usually those 1 stop really mark up alot. Of cos I know they wanna earn. But most of the id firm gave laminate flooring are frm china n malaysia.

I compare 3 quote but pricing really 2 k diff for kitchen cabinet. Wall feature is 500 diff shower screen is 100 diff.

Door also 100 diff.

Total up is really alot
