Why do you need to PM the company instead of just naming them here?

My point of view is, for those bad and irresponsible company, we should shame them publicly for readers and potential new house owner to beware.

As for those good and responsible one, we should PM instead of publishing openly because many self promoters in the forum, secondly, administrators might banned us for promoting , so I think PM is more appropriate.

I have encountered a very lousy ID who not only don't do his job well but cannot plan. Please do not engage this ID Tony Liew. My kitchen wall near the window has no tiles and the whole reno sucks. Please be careful not to engage him. He started his own company located in Jurong East.
