Hi,

Any contractor can advise for full house renovation cost?

Pls take note that i have very tight budget.

My requirements are...

Change tiles for complete house (living room,2 rooms,store room,2toilets & kitchen)

Kitchen works (kitchen cabinet top & bottom (approx-28ft, including full height cabin for oven) ,fridge,washing machine, cabinet base,change chute cover)

Quarts top for kitchen

wardrobe in master room full height

painting.

I can do the wiring seprately.

Pls advise your price and if there is any possible to get free gifts.

Rough gauge will be around 30k for HDB 3room resale ba... Need the dimensions and details then can estimate better.

Those contractors will give you a better estimate and you can get the best price also
