I would recommend you to install a IP cam with Z-Wave sensors! This is because the system will send you a notification if they detect any abnormality and you can use your IP cam to live view your home. You can even activate your alarm if necessary. My sister got a basic Z-Wave security system in her condo for a very affordable price, around $600 from eVida Pte. Ltd. I am planning to install in my house too!
