Spoiltbrat 1 Report post Posted September 19, 2013 Hi allI wonder if the installation of wooden windows (old fashion sash windows) is the expertise of a carpenter?I have 2 sash windows to install. I think it is somewhat similar to installing doors as it needs a wooden frame around the hole in my wall. Then I guess instead of hinges, the windows is anchored to the frame by screws.If anyone here is a carpenter and is keen to do this job please let me know.I do not hang out here often so please email me at chech01@yahoo.com to get to me quickly.If you want to know more about sash windows please check out youtube.
