Domomaddy, you might want to try the laundry system from Ezzi Living! I installed 2 sets at my backyard two months ago. It was easy to use, there was no fray. The e owner Angeline was approachable and you could get a good bargain if you were to mention that you heard about her company from Renotalk or you could mentioned that you heard of it from my - Jack. I installed the unit with UV lights and fan. Although I have not really tapped on those features, the automated laundry system is a no brainer and my maid easily operated it after a few seconds of explanation to her.
