Hi everyone,

Just be careful & look around before you choose & engage a ID firm to do your dream house reno.

Doesn't mean big & famous ID firm is good which i currently encountered.

Few months back, I engaged a big & famous ID firm to do my house reno, turn out the whole projects chaos.

Some design is not what i agreed in Initial design they proposed. When carry out the work, then told you here can't do there can't do.

Hand over delay, here and there defects. Even till now i already stayed in my new house, still some defects not rectify. Both bedrooms floor so much defects, see also sian.....

Even wrote to the boss, but end up one of the manager just returned call & checked whats the problem & even dont bother to come my place to take a look how worst is the job done.....

Expected this big & famous ID firm can do good job for the reno & make my dream house come thru... but .....haiz

Moving to new house suppose to be happy & excited, but end up become headache & disappointed.

"Keep on delay and delay......" thats what i learn from this ID firm.

Wish myself good luck, hope they solve my problems soon.

Yes please shame them. No point sharing but never warn others about the exact firm and ID in charge.

most big firm also sub con to other contractor, hence the markmanship varies.

For owners like us, depend on luck who the subcon is..

Hi,

I was about to engage this ID firm... who is your ID? I personally believe not all IDs are bad or good. hope your bad experience is not the same ID I am talking to...
