By right, the difference in cost is due to the design factor from the ID.

Usual pricing shld be like this:

Full height feature wall ard $120pfr,

Tv console ard $120pfr,

Kitchen Cabinet ard $120pfr ( Your contractor price seems abit low...)

Box up pricing ard $200 depending on dimensions,

Casement Wardrobe ard $220pfr

This price i got from my renovator. If you need i can intro.

Oh ya, also needa take note of the material and mechanism they give like soft closing hinges etc...

Hi just want to check if this price quoted by my ID is reasonable. What would be a reasonable price to do up something like this?

To supply and install 10mm thk tempered fixed glass and sliding glass door $22150

To supply labour to construct kitchen, fridge and washing machine base $900

To design and install bottom kitchen cabinet using selected laminate finish complete with ABS trimming (17ft) $2890

To design and install top kitchen cabinet using selected laminate finish complete with ABS trimming (12 ft) $ 1840

To supply and install Kompacplus kitchen top with backsplash (17ft) $2000

To design and install 1.2 m height bar counter using selected laminate finish complete with ABS trimming (6ft) $1200

It seems a bit pricey. The normal cost I have seen here is about 120pfr for the carpentry. Some even quote less than that. DoPM me if you need any contacts.

hey mike,

eh sorry my first time commenting, can i just check with you whether my contractor's price is reasonable.

he quote me.

6ft by 8ft full length cabinet in the room with laminate is 1380

standard kitchen top black galaxy granite top with black splash is around 770 for 7 ft

the shoe cabinet he quote me 560 for 4ft

and like the mirror he say is around 20 dollars per sq feet

then he make my tv console like he told me is 750 for 5 ft

oh and the featre wall until ceiling is 1200

but he say he can give me 10% discount
