I got a pm and he said the price he offer are all contractor price so i sent him what i want to do and compare prices with my Id prices. i realised the difference is too much so im kinda scared so please kinda advised.Red colour in Id offer and Blue in Contractor Price offer.8FT Feature Wall at $120010FT Wall Mount tv console at $13808FT feature wall at $100per ft $80010FT Wall Mount tv console at $1000 (Difference is $780)15FT Top Kitchen Cabinet at $180018FT Bottom Kitchen Cabinet $2520Box up piping is $35033FT Kitchen Cabinet at $3200 (Difference is $1120)Box up piping free6FT Wardrobe at $14406FT Wardrobe at $1200 (Difference is $220)Stainless steel piping for kitchen and 2 toilets at $750Stainless steel piping for whole house is $750Please advise on should i go for Id for straight contractor ? mikeyong500 4 Report post Posted September 17, 2013 Hi Ivylee,By right, the difference in cost is due to the design factor from the ID.Usual pricing shld be like this:Full height feature wall ard $120pfr,Tv console ard $120pfr,Kitchen Cabinet ard $120pfr ( Your contractor price seems abit low...)Box up pricing ard $200 depending on dimensions,Casement Wardrobe ard $220pfrThis price i got from my renovator. Hello~nope.. countertop not included. btw my carpenter is singaporean hahaz thats why i support ( good quality and he very exp )Solid surface can have a big range from $80 - $150 ( depending on Branding )Granite usually around $100 - $150Silesstone and Caesarstone are both high quality Quartz top from Europe, price will be more than $200There is also Iquartz from Singapore but i heard bad things abt it so will not recommend...
