Anyone Heard Of Kdx Design?

Hi,

Heard of a fren that he engage a company to do the drafting of his home...

Then use the drawings to engage contractor to use their ideal dimensions rather than use the contractors...

as the contractors usually use more material than expected...

I saw the drawings, looks decent and easy to understand... did anyone use such drafting companies to design their home rather than using Interior Design Firm which is an exorbitant amount...

I was shocked that he spend less than 17k in total for his reno... and feel happy that he get what he wants for his new home...

So anyone used the company before?
