Do Ids Provide Proposed Designs Before The Contract?

I am asking because I've met two IDs and so far they seem to expect me to pay the deposits and contract with them without showing me any proposed designs and 3D layouts. How do you expect me to contract like that? How would I know if the design is acceptable? For all you know, the design could be crap and I would be stuck...

Most id I met have come out with hand drawn 3d drawings. Which enable us to see what we are getting before signing. I am sure u can ask ur is to prepare the drawings before signing. The only thing is that we can keep a copy , and can take photos of the drawings.
