The RELITE fan control has been fixed but it's bulky and ugly and sticking out like a sore thumb. The ID told me that its not advisable to change to the LEGRAND fan switch if I want to be able to control the fan speed cos based on their experience, the fan might be noisy. So unless I can live with the single speed control then they can change to the matching dark silver switch ... Anyone using RELITE fan has similar problem?

finally the marble is up!

that's the only good news i get all week...meh.....duh... blah... things are painfully slow and i have been chasing my ID to speed things up as the reno is taking too long... my patience is running out honestly! told him to get this act together and i expect a full clean up of the place before the end of this coming week! we shall see!

on a lighter note, i managed to snag some good buys at the LE CRESEUT Sale held a couple of weeks back at Suntec convention centre.

The stock pot at $89

The round french oven at $282 (24cm)

set of 2 condiments container at $35

the absolutely sweet pink container that i need to have it at $48!

total damage was $454 for the loot from LE CRESUSET hehhehe.. pretty satisfied overall !

vann> not me heheh.. i went during my lunch hours on the first day of the sale between 12-2pm i think hehe luckily my office is nearby... but i must say that the cast iron pots are really heavy! i had to enlist my collg to help me to carry the purchases to the carpark!

LOL...i got the same stockpot as you..but in flame. Be careful with it...amazon reviews say that it chips quite easily. The q to pay was crazy when i was there. (was one of the first few there). Almost bought the largest cast iron pot they have on offer...but a quick check on amazon confirmed my suspicion...still cheaper buying from amazon. LOL
