Sappyd 8 Report post Posted September 2, 2013 We retained the original hdb toilet wall and floor tiles for both toilets.Feeling lucky because the brown mosaic kind of goes well with the rest of the house.Overlaying will cost some $$.So we chose the cabinet laminate to match the brown mosaic as closely as possible. But still retain the 'woody' theme we have for the rest of the house.HDB provided pedestal sinks were replaced.Original master bedroom door was replaced by a sliding door.To save space.IMG_1573 by mrswongjas, on FlickrSpot the Francfranc paperbag!! The recycled art pieces is now sitting on top of my toilet bowls and above my headboard.Erm, don't use shengshiong plastic bags k! haaa... IMG_1579 by mrswongjas, on FlickrAbove the headboardIMG_1553 by mrswongjas, on FlickrThousand apologies.. Forget dat u already mention dat u r using kronotex.. Anw.. U mentioned dat u change the master bedroom door to a sliding one. Care to take a pic of it from inside the room? Thanks.
starofall 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2013 I am thinking of just removing the headboard and repainting it. Just don't have "feel" with my customize headboard. So won't be too much of a mess I hope Lol. But very heartpain the $$ so still thinking...lolYa your room is definitely spacious because you can squeeze in two side bed tables! Btw what lamination (brand and color) are you using for your living room? Super nice! Thanks starofall Huh, you thinking of redoing? Wah i can't imagine having to clean the whole mess again!!?We did basic carpentry for the bedroom, wardrobe, bedside tables and customized queen size bed frame and headboard.Everything planned 'Swee Swee', maybe that why like quite spacious.Or maybe my photograph played a trick on your eyes? oldskool 2 Report post Posted September 2, 2013 Have come to the end of my reno 'photo journal'.The house is almost complete, except for the minor touches in the study/game room. Kinda missed the whole reno process, but am glad that we now have a place to call our own. And shall see if we decide to add a feature wall in the master bedroom in near future. Enjoy your reno process!! Going home to a beautiful home is worth all the headache!!
