Oh no, no.. my father-in-law works for an interior firm, but he does only carpentry stuffs.

We still have to go thru his company to get him to do all carpentry works.

We still need to pay his company $$!

We did not engage an ID from his company, reason being, me and my husband know what we want for our house.

And do not want to spend the 'extra' cost hiring an ID from his company, just because we want my father-in-law to do the carpentry works.

Ours was a 'special' case.

But yeah, i agree.. carpentry works is really very expensive in sg!

We do save quite a bit, engaging the father-in-law.

Somemore he helped to fix all the bathroom fixtures.

I know if you find ID, all these labor will be charged!!

Geez.. for the laminate flooring, my quotation from kronotex came as a whole, living room and 2 bedrooms.

We are using the 10mm one, i think.. Can't remember.

Love your house! pls be so kind to show pic of your masterbedroom!! how did u squeeze your wardrobe with your bed and still got so much space? I am also staying in a 3room but I don't have that much space for bed compared to you!

Just renovated too..but not very please with my MBR bed area outcome...the rest of e areas are love though.. thinking of redoing.
