Oh no, no.. my father-in-law works for an interior firm, but he does only carpentry stuffs. :)

We still have to go thru his company to get him to do all carpentry works.

We still need to pay his company $$!!! :(

We did not engage an ID from his company, reason being, me and my husband know what we want for our house.

And do not want to spend the 'extra' cost hiring an ID from his company, just because we want my father-in-law to do the carpentry works.

Ours was a 'special' case. :D:D

But yeah, i agree.. carpentry works is really very expensive in sg!

We do save quite a bit, engaging the father-in-law.

Somemore he helped to fix all the bathroom fixtures.

I know if you find ID, all these labor will be charged!!

Oh ya hor.. your living room is painted blue right!? hahaa..

Here are all 10 bedroom colors, ranked from most sleep to least sleep: Blue, yellow, green, silver, orange, red, gold, gray, brown, and purple.

Green color not so bad..

Yup. At least I know I can still sleep well even I was chased out from the bedroom by my wifey 😛

Hey Sappyd, got those hanging bulbs from taobao!

Geez.. for the laminate flooring, my quotation from kronotex came as a whole, living room and 2 bedrooms.

We are using the 10mm one, i think.. Can't remember.
