Confused 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2013 hi all, can I get some advice from the experienced pple here how much does it cost to do varnishing for skirting around the house? My skirting is the typical brown teak/wooden material. some parts are also fading in color. does varnishing service includes staining?also, how much does it cost to wax existing granite floor? As mine is a resale house, I dont know if granite was sealed before - is that a concern I should have? a contractor quoted me ard 1400 for waxing the living room/dining room granite floor which is similar to that of a 4 rm flat house.
