I just bought a 5I HDB in Lengkong Tigar, will be collecting the key by end of the year.

did anyone know of a good and reliable renovation contractor ?

the house was renovated but still need to do some changes to the reno .hopefully don't have to spend too much on the renovation.

Quite useful. Has got my IDs through here and what is good is able to get a few IDs without the need to source for one and at the same time can do some research on the ID through renotalk forum.
