Half our lights were bought on Tao Bao – delivered in 10 packages. Of them, one item was entirely wrong and two had minor nicks and shipping defects. Two was average in quality and make, while the other five were of good quality and were better than expected. We have since returned the erroneous and defective items and waiting for reshipment. Overall, it was quite a satisfying experience shopping online as opposed to walking up and down Balestier and Jalan Besar. Might not be that useful, since quality is quite subjective and the defects were mainly due to transportation.And because we already got them at a much cheaper price compared to the shops here, we aren't too concern with their quality, as long as they work.
