10k is abit hard to be honest. Price will be ard 15k - 20k as pgm said.

I can intro my renovator tho. Can ask him if 10k possible anot. Worth a try i guess cuz he provides a good service. That's why i would recommend him.

hmm... normally for bto new premium flat is somewhere around $18k to $20k.

My punggol new flat renovated few month ago. and i compared 5 IDs.

Their pricing is somewhere around there.

But it seen some IDs charged me with site co-ordination , consultation and GST.

And of course I engaged a ID who don't charge me site co-ordination, consultation fee and somehow no GST too.

although there some deflect after renovation but he still provide a good after sales service.

Suppose the consultation, coordination & drawing are chargeable, but because the fees have been waved off due to the market practise, so I see that it is fair for ID to do a mark up for the work.

Renovation costing are merely based on how much things that you are buying, everything does come with a price, it maybe a minimum reno for just doing up the flooring with Kitchen cabinet, or over spending includes decorative features, price range from $12K to $50K really depend on your spending power.

Another good example is, some people might spend $50K just for a set of high-end Kitchen cabinet!

Hi guys, my bto 4rms flat reno cost me less then $10K. U just have to really source for direct contractor.

my reno consist of kitchen cabinet, window & window grilles, l-box, wiring for l-box, big mirror at dining & 2 bathroom mirror.
