Hi, i have a 92sq BTO 4-rm Flat at Yishun Floral Spring, i have a tight budget of $10k for kitchen cabinet, false ceiling & workmanship + installation.

Any iD or Contractors to reccomend?

10k will be very hard to get a good workmanship and quality of the materials.

Most of my friend spend about 15 to 20k on bto flat. What they do, kitchen cabinet, ceiling and lighting stuff, fix toilet accessories, paint up whole house and small tv console with some electrical wiring relocation.

After-all depend on what type material u use. Look for I'd or contractor to quota u.

cabinet look direct carpentry, Toilet find direct wet work . this may save some cost. me all go direct but you have to arrange the date very carefully.

I can intro my renovator tho. Can ask him if 10k possible anot. Worth a try i guess cuz he provides a good service. That's why i would recommend him.

hmm 10k, got to remove false ceiling from your list.

Assume all flooring done by HDB

Use back HDB electrical points

Just do painting works for whole flat,

Living room> As is

Kitchen> do one side with top & bottom cabinet. $110 to $130 pfr, opt for cheapest soild top

MBR, bedroom 2 & 3> As is

2 Toilets, > As is

Collecting our keys for 4 Room Fernvale Foliage BTO soon. Some neighbours already collected.

Was shown a show flat by an ID/Contractor at nearby project Fernvale Palms

Cost of show flat reno $38K. Beyond our budget.

Our budget $15k - $20K. As we opted for OCS, our flat comes with flooring, room doors all done.
