plainsharon 20 Report post Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) Update Continues . . . .Found some defects but was told by Mr K that it suppose to be like that :Its dirty and cant rub it off and without laminate and according to Mr K its not suppose to be with laminate. hmmmm.. I guess its his logic again that "since it cant be seen it will not be covered" The other side :Not sure if the gap is suppose to be unfilled or half filled. plainsharon 20 Report post Posted January 14, 2014 May we know the reason for choosing Brandt dryer and LG washing machine? We took Brandt that was bought a year ago as it has the most basic function of just having the timer. We do not need fancy modes only need timer thats why. For LG, its due to the DD motion. Looks kinda shoddy to me? I agree too. Mr K says that the worker maybe forgot about it, as for the naked white part, he says its suppose to be like that. But weird thing is the internal part of the sliding cabinets in our MBR was covered with laminate and there NO laminate for a part at the kitchen which is visible. hmmmm... Will let hubby settle it with him.
plainsharon 20 Report post Posted January 14, 2014 This look like defect to me. I only realised this when i was clearing the top and realised the bottom of the top seems to be of different material. And the sillicon is Mr K says he will fill the sillicon but the naked bottom of the top, he just told me its like this. We found this stain on the cement screed wall as well. Mr K says that it was due to touching up and the colour will be different. Eventually there is no solution to it.
