In addition, the HDB will also charge one half of the scale fee as the mortgagor’s solicitor (subject to a minimum fee of $20/- for all flat types.)ii) If you are taking a housing loan from a bank and the HDB's solicitor is acting for you in the mortgage of the flat to the bank, HDB will charge one half of the scale fee as the mortgagor’s solicitor (based on the loan amount from the Bank)All fees will be rounded up to the next $1/- Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
