I would like to find out what is the cost for a simple renovation for a 4room BTO hdb flat?

My simple renovation include:

Painting

Kitchen

Plumbing

Electrical works

Bathroom screen door

Bedroom wardrobe

Feature wall

Thank you. As I am new to Reno, need some advise on planning for budget for my new flat Reno.

Also if you are doing more fixtures items and custom make furnitures will definately cost more.

Hii Doorbell,

Around 20k, shouldn't be more. Unless got special requirements. Of cuz can be cheaper and depends on what the renovator recommends you.
