I just bought a 3 room resale flat, and need to do some renovation,

I need a new kitchen cabinet, false ceiling, hacking and build some walls, plastering and painting the whole house and do rewiring. Is budget $20k is reasonable?

20k should be no problem. Can get a contractor to do it, if u already know what u need.

Just sharing my thoughts. I am currently in progress of renovation to my 3rm flat. 15K to 20K was our initial budget and it actually increase as we increase our demand of which area to change. In the end, we decided to renovate everything (total reno) at cost us more than 30K. Bottom line, it is all depends on your budget and what you want to do. Stick to your plan and budget. Good luck!

Agreed with helpseeker13. The cost depends on the items you want and also the materials too. 20k shouldn't be a problem tho.
