I hacked the original n re-built it into the original kitchen area to make space for a dining area in the living hall.. And manage to nego with hdb officer for 5.5wks completion, instead of the usual 6wks.Also nego with seller to receive the key 5 wks later.Only to know previous owner didn't take the lightning and I had purchase 2 new ones.Pondering to change or not to change....Now super looking forward to the key handover in 5 wks time.hopefully , the flat is in good condition as we first saw....Along the way, we also decide to do away with all the custom made build in.we gone juz buy off the shelf as our cashflow is reali tight.... no more nice tv console, no storeroom.....
