I'm quite new here. Have been googling and i found this place. Hope you guys can guide me along as it's my first time getting a flat

Just collected my keys not long for my 4 rm bto flat in sengkang. Any good recommendations for the mentioned contractors? I hope I can get my house done asap. I do not need any IDs as it is quite pricey after visiting a few reputable ones. I have only 35k budget..

I just engaged my contractor last week and they're starting their work on thurs. They are direct contractor and have their own factory. Thats why i decided to take them up. Partly because of the good price too.
