Advise On Renovation Quote - 4-Rm New Bto Flat

Hi all,

Below is the renovation quote given to me. Are the prices reasonable? I have yet to see the ID's materials list so I am not sure about quality yet. Total cost for the quote is ~$24k.

Masonry works

To supply labour to construct: $480.00

- shower kerbs for 02 bathrooms
- kitchen base and fridge base

Plumbing works

To supply labour and material to: $400.00

- Install all bathroom / kitchen accessories (provided by owner)
- install all inlet / outlet points
- install kitchen sink and tap

Electrical works

To supply labour and materials to: $600.00

- install all new lights and ceiling fans (provided by owner)
- install kitchen hood and hob
- tap new light points for false ceiling, connect heater point

Carpentry works
Kitchen
Design and fabricate 19ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet by

using selected laminated finishing (include 2-tier stainless steel dish rack) $1425.00
Design and fabricate 3ft top kitchen cabinet by using selected laminated finishing $360.00

To supply and install 19ft selected solid surface worktop $1425.00

Master bedroom

Design and fabricate 11ft full-height wardrobe by using selected laminated finishing $2530.00

Design and fabricate 01 nos platform bed by using selected laminated finishing

c/w storage drawers and shelving for TV area $2300.00
Design and fabricate 3.5ft vanity cabinet by using selected laminated finishing

c/w sliding mirror doors $595.00

Bedroom 2

Design and fabricate 01 nos platform bed c/w study table by using selected

laminated finishing $2300.00

Design and fabricate 3ft top-hung bookshelf by using selected laminated finishing $600.00

Living room

Design and fabricate 01 nos platform by using selected laminated finishing

(appx 3ft from window) $635.00
Design and fabricate 7ft TV console with feature wall by using selected laminated

finishing $1610.00

Design and fabricate 3ft half-height shoe cabinet by using selected laminated

finishing c/w bar counter extension table and display cabinet $1200.00

To supply and install 01 set 10mm tempered shower screen for common bathroom $550.00

To supply labour and material to paint whole unit internal wall and ceiling using

Nippon / ICI paint (4 colours + 1 white) $1200.00
To supply and install aluminium window grilles for 03 bedrooms and living room $900.00

To provide general cleaning / Chemical wash if required $200.00

To supply and install false ceiling design in living area with cove lighting $580.00

Hi Tarsonis,

Basically all customise carpentry materials are running on solid ply with abs trimming.

All cabinet doors are in soft closing manner.

Labour job wise is e same. Make sure you check everything before settling the balance.
