Metal/ Tile Roof Over Balcony For Em

Hi people,

I've seen many EM with a tile or metal roof to enclose the balcony.

Anyone did a renovation with this recently?

Got a few questions to ask. Is a PE required to endorse the roof? Is submission to BCA or HDB required apart from the usual HDB renovation permit?
