Changing Fluorescent To Led Ceiling Light?

Hello all,

Do you suggest I change my entire set of ceiling lights to LED ceiling light? This is my existing setup,

I want to switch to LED 15W T5/T8 ceiling light to save electricity, one thing is it doesnt fit, but the lighting shops kept harping saying that it will definitely work.

I know how to deal with LED strip lights and PSU, so basic electrical wiring i'm still fine.

Can I find out how else can I go about to switch these lights?
