I ordered 2 bifold toilet doors and a room bifold partition with them more than a month ago. It came to a total of $2080 and i deposit half, abt $1000 with them.. Up to today, they yet to deliver any of my doors. Calls and sms them and they will say coming the next day, busy, and so many other excuses.. Yesterday they call me and say they will fix my two toilet doors today but i have to pay my balance first before they install.. I told them thats not how its supposed to work and the guy simply told me if u dont want i wont come and hung up the fon.. Before collecting the deposit, they were so nice, after chq cleared they simply disappeared.. Pls ps pls, try not to buy from this company. Im going to complain to case... Cos they also took me deposit and delayed on my doors. Cos of them, my whole date of moving in has to be changed. Anyone can advice what can be done with this kind of contractors??? space82 0 Report post Posted August 3, 2013 (edited) I will strongly advise not to purchase bi fold door from Champion Republic. Their after sales service is really bad. I bought 3 doors from them. Before buying, they said their door is the best. After bought, they said sure will wear n tear 1. Imagine their attitude. I got problem with the door. Imagine what they said. They said car after use also will got problem. Wat do u expect? The doors only bought for few months. But all got problem. No more next time. Also will not recommend. For those who are buying, the warranty only on the roller. Else all no warranty. Bear in mind. Dun get cheated with their so call few years warranty. It is really very true.This company only do one time business with you and disapear, No after sales service AT ALL.He sweet talk you a lot when he want the business from you. When there is issue with the door, he disappears.The guy has very bad attitude. Those thinking to do your bi-fold door. Better be careful.
