Budget For A Studio Apt Below $10K Possible?

Hi I am new here. I might be getting a 400 sqft private apt(studio). After downpayment and everything, i am afraid i will be on very tight budget. Is it possible to do reno below $10k for this size?

I am looking at tiles changing..some minor hacking and re-wring.

Also, any contractor not ID to recommend?

i think not possible. i am looking at reno-ing my 1BR 560 sq ft place. Hacking and tiling the whole place is close to 10k

Yup its not possible. Hacking, tiling and rewiring will cost around $12k-15k. $15k will be a high estimated cost.
