gingerchan 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2013 yes, its better to start searching for a contractor now to compare the rates. just go to any contractor and they should be able to guide you on when you need to apply for loan and all.i did my house with Zhuang jia home of design and they actually guide me along the way and answered all my enquries without even signing anything with them before.
