Hi All

I have been dealing with a waterleak from my upstairs unit for over 2 months now... needless to say it's been a very long and painful ordeal for my wife and I.

After calling in a water specialist and doing some rectification works upstairs, the leak continues to come down on my end...

My specialist has now recommended doing a chemical injection / pressure grouting on my ceiling to fill up the cracks.

Can anyone share any experience with this procedure? Does it provide a long-term solution? Will it affect my upstairs unit floor if it's marble and parque?

It seems like the big plus of this is that it doesn't require long and expensive hacking and renovation to the upstairs unit.

Thank you.
