I would like to do some partial renovation on a resales HDB for the following item: -

1. Renovate entire wall, floor tiles and piping for WC x 1 & Bathroom x 1

2. Add new wash basin and cabinet under sink in WC & Bathroom

3. Change Toilet Bowl x 1

4. Add Glass Shower sceen with door in Bathroom

5. Dinning lighting wiring

6. Dinning booth sitting

7. TV Feature wall in Living Area

8. Bedroom Wiring and Feature wall and some cabinets
