ShanTripleS 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2013 Hi Donkeyyeo,It's possible to have it done within the budget that you set. Even though its challenging but it can be done. I'm currently in a process of a renovation of a 5 room EA, 143sqf in CCK. Their total was $24300. Just that they did not change their bedrooms flooring and wardrobes. From here you can just imagine that you still have $15700 to play around for bedrooms flooring, wardrobes, additional hacking works for bedrooms and new wardrobes. If you are comfortable and covinient, you can drop by our office so that you can get a full information and advise from our professional team. It's a no obligation visit. May be from this view you can get a clearer view on your case. It's still better to get more advises than jumping in to a decision. May be this visit could clear up some of your questions. You are most welcomed to visit us for a discussion on this. If you decided to come down do me give a call and I shall arrange an appointment with my dedicated team to attend you. Still it's just a visit without any obligation. Thanks and best regards,Shan[remove - signature - advertising]
n33r0d 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2013 Hi Donkeyyeo,How much did you do up your house for in the end?I also bought an EA recently. We need to hack all the false ceilings, flooring and cabinets. It will be full scale overhaul. Rough quote we have is about 60k-70k for the following:1) Homogeneous tiling for entire house - 140sqm2) Painting3) Re-wiring of entire house4) Window grilles replacement5) Hack the kitchen wall for half window glass6) Kitchen cabinets7) Master bedroom wardrobe8) Cupboard in living room 9) 2 toilets with solid surface sink (no shower glass, no kerb, no vanity top)Is it reasonable?Would appreciate if you can share some advice. Thanks.
