Hi,

I engaged Ah Keong as my electrician for both my place when I moved. His workmanship is good, responsive, competitive pricing and he will recommend what lights to buy. If he feel that certain installation is not required, he will let you know. You can try contacting him at 9383-2155. No harm getting another quote

Hi, i engaged Ah Keong for my reno and think that his service is super duper. Very pro, just look at the ID's drawing and he knows what to do and dun even have to wait for the ID to be there to start work.

Initially, was afraid that he might get everything done wrongly but when the ID reach, she also surprise by his work. Very humble guy too.

MUST RECOMMAND!!!

can anyone please pm me Mr Quek's and Ah Keong's number

Hi hi, can I too have Mr Quek's and Ah Keong's number?

My contractor's electrican quoted me $1450 for:

1) installing 6 downlights in living room, 6 in dinning, 2 in MBR (no false ceiling required)

2) 1 double power point in lving room (change existing single pt to double pt, dining (extension of wiring r'quired) & kitchen (change existing single pt to double pt)

3) 1 single point in MBR (extension of wiring r'quired)

4) 1 cable vision point.

I got a shock when I saw the quotation..so expensive? So i ask for a breakdown and this is what I got:

1) power point single number - $50 / per no

2) power point double number - $55/ per no

3) Lighting points (as in wiring for downlights, exclude the downlight) - $40 / per no

4) installation of ceiling light - $25 / per no

5) cable vision point per no - $120

is it expensive? Is it standard to pay $25 for labour to change an existing light fitting to a new one ? My contractor told me its market rate?
