How Long Top Process Takes?

Does anyone knows how long it takes to arrange for the inspection, after the inspection is made by BCA, how long to get the TOP or CSC?

usually 6 months..b ut sometimes more....what project are we talking about?

Actually in the process of buying a new inter-terrace where the developer did a reconstruction. Seems most of the works are done, including power. Seems to be waiting to for inspection and getting the TOP. Developer have not committed a date, so trying to find out how long the process usually takes, especially those who did a reconstruction.

6months is CSC or TOP from date of inspection?
