$10K Budget For 5-Room Flat Tiling And Kitchen Cabinet.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if 10K is enough for tiling of a 5-room flat and a kitchen cabinet? if i can get it within 10k for that two, then i will also extend my budget to erect a wall for the 4th room, which is the study room. i have got a few quotations, some of whom i did reveal my budget and some of whom i did not. However, there was one who quoted me about 13k for tiling, cabinet and the study room wall.

is 13K too good to be true?

how big is your unit and how long is the kitchen cabinets being quoted? If you state the measurements, it will be easier for former to tell if is too cheap or ex.
