Taking Flat Soon...

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Have been reading quite a bit here. Finally, in about a month time, will be collecting my new 3-room flat in Punggol . About 67m2 only.

Just wanted to tap onto some advice here how much roughly should I put aside for reno if I am intending to do it minimally with all the basic stuff.

Also any recommendation on contractors?

Thanks,

Choi

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

3 Rooms should set aside $25K for wet work, 15K for carpentry, 15-20K for others like sanitary, kitchen appliances, sofa & TV etc

Total: 45-60K depending on how much things you want :good:

Hi, for recommendations on contractors, you could try Renotalk's "getting renovation packages". Quote your price and several companies may then contact you. http://www.renotalk.com/main/Renovation/Quotation/RenoQuoteRequestFormpg2.php

Hi advertising staff,

sorry that I post wrong place. ha..

Actually I wanted to get some "feel" from other home owners with maybe same size of flat as mine. Then mentally prepared. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Regards,

Choi
