Living Room - Distance Of Ceiling Lamp And Ceiling Fan

Hi, need your advise please. my living room is 3.3m x 7m. I'm planing to place a ceiling fan with light kit at the tv area with sofa and a ceiling light at dining area..

In other words.. 1.65m x 3.5m will have a ceiling fan with light kit and 1.65m x 3.5m will have a ceiling light..

Height of the ceiling fan is around 34cm.. In order not to have 'shadow' cast by the fan from the ceiling light, is it I must find a dining light about 34cm or will a ceiling light with 2 x 24w bulb is bright enough to reduce the shadow?

I think no matter how you position the lights, even if wall lights, there will still be shadows.
