"Inconsiderate driver get curse by the public", according to Miss June Tan.

"Haha LTA arrived after video was taken. This driver kanna cursed by lots of people lo. 团结就是力量 hahaha so many people help to cary the car to the side." - June Tan.

(We at EDMW don't exactly know what happened, it could be that the car broke down, or the driver inconsiderately parked it along the road, blocking the traffic.
But it certainly is a rare sight to see the public cooperating this way to lift up and shift the car out of the way to free up the traffic.
We'll update once more information is available)

A video circulating on facebook recently shows a group of passers-by helping to move a parked car, which was blocking traffic, out of the way to allow other vehicles to drive through.

The driver had apparently parked the car on a speed bump on a two lane road.

A bus was unable to drive past as the parked car was blocking it.

Passers-by who spotted this gathered around the car.

They then coordinated to push the car out of the way.

The video was posted by June, who mentioned in the comments section that the LTA officer arrived on the scene shortly after and that the driver was scolded by the public upon returning to the vehicle.
