Soundproofing

Hi, would like to know if any of you had any success with sound proofing in your homes and what company you used. I am cosiderign NYTC, or NoiseBlock Systems SG, but the thing is, I'm getting very little and pretty bad pre-sales support from them. I make an appointment for the person to come down, but he doesn't. When I call his secretary, she's also blur. He asks me to make an appt with his secretary but never keeps the appointments. And worst of all, I do net get a call or anything informing me of any cancellation or whatever.

Can someone share their experience with this company if they have used? Or can someone share another contact for good soundproofing ?

My in law place has installed a soundproofing window and the noise reduction is quite significant. No problem with the company or workmanship.
