Need English-Speaking Carpenter To Make Customized Bookshelf

There's a bookshelf that I'd like to copy, the design is a bit unique so I am thinking of getting a carpenter to do it.

Can anyone recommend a reliable carpenter who would be interested in building a unique bookshelf? He has to be English-speaking because I can't speak Mandarin.

The 2 bosses speaks good english but can be rather snobbish to people that they don't know well.
