Mormor2013 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2013 After reading tons of t-blog here, we decided to just engage a contractor for our renovation.We have a basic idea what we want, not much money left to engage an ID.We asked for quotes from 3 famous contractors from this forum, Yeak, Roy, Alan.All came back with about the same price --- 30k!I guess that's the market price for a typical renovation for a 3room flat from a contractor.In the end we choosed Alan because his quote seems the most complete.
