honeykitty 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2013 After 5 rounds of trial, finally we are invited by HDB to select a flat on Oct 2010. Here we go~~ a humble little nest at Rivervale Cres, Sengkang East. Is our first choice in term of Unit, but 3rd choice in term of floor level. We wanted at least 17/16 floor, but settled at 12 floor. We engaged Mr David Tong, the principal master of CMG Consulting to select an auspicious unit for us. We still need to go through 2nd round of fengshui audit once we collected the key some where in June 2013. Hopefully is a good unit for both of us. Attached is the floor plan for my unit....slightly disappointed coz MBR is very small...anyways, im still happy because living room and kitchen is spacious than what we expected. Johnson did my sister's house @ St Michael's road as well. I can say he has good attitude and most impt we share quite similar taste when come to design. He understand what we want, as we asked for contemporay and simplity. I received my first draft of 3D, and has gone through some amendments on the color scheme and design. Guess what?
