Electrician Needed For 5-Room Bto Whole-House Renovation

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm doing my house renovation currently. My contractor is charging the following rates for his electrician, which I think is a tad expensive.

  • concealed point - $100 per
  • exposed point - $35 per
  • installation of light - $20 per
  • installation of fan - $45 per

He's charging me the $35 and the $20 for each LED downlight (lights not included) in my false ceiling and L-boxes. That's $55 per light, and I've got 20 lights!

If you can recommend an electrician OR are an electrician yourself, do PM me with your rates for the above items. Or if you are a renovation customer yourself and your rates are the same as mine, do let me know as well.

Regards,

RenoJoe.

I have asked around.

Go to any light shop.Their price is $35 for first light.$8 subsequent each.

If you go to a light shop at upper changi road, he even offer you free installation for installing of all lights.

Hi RenoJoe,

I'm curious. Are the 2 items below referring to power socket points?

  • concealed point - $100 per
  • exposed point - $35 per
