Normal Sprayed Glass Or Tempered Glass For Backsplash?

My contractor has offered us normal sprayed glass and not tempered glass. She said its because the whole pc is stuck onto the wall. So even if it cracks, it will just show a line.

What type do u use?

best is to use tempered glass. u never know what will happen if one day, the glass drop down.
