Renotalk will pick the entry with best floor plan design. CONTEST END DATE : 31 JULY 2013 CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.The contest is open to Singapore home owners. 2.The floor plan images submitted should be your own house or have obtained written permission from the home owner. 3.Your entry shall not infringe on the copyrights, trade marks or any other intellectual property rights or contract rights of any third parties, or violate anyone's right of privacy. 4.Winners of the contest will retain the copyright in the images submitted, but Renotalk will be granted worldwide and royalty-free use of all images to publicise the images. 5.15.You agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Renotalk for any claims, losses and damages suffered by Renotalk as a result of your participation in the contest or your breach of any of the terms and conditions of the contest 6.Renotalk reserve the right at any time in their absolute discretion to cancel or modify the contest or substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. 7. Renotalk reserve the right not to award any prize, or to award one or more but not all of the prizes. The decision of the organizers shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants and winners, and no correspondence will be entertained. Prizes not claimed will be forfeited at the sole and absolute discretion of the organisers. 8.You agree that personal data, especially name, identification number and address, may be verified for the contest. All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete.
