3Dyms 1 Report post Posted April 5, 2013 (edited) Congrats & Welcome. Another EM owner. Wah.... Toh YI is nice area. Think your valuation & COV is quite high cos your area there got upcoming MRT downtown line right? Any ideas for a theme yet? I like your layout cos it's more squarish as compared to mine which is longish & narrow. Have fun looking thru all the EM t-blogs here. I got lots of inspirations & ideas from fellow EM owners. Tyem 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2013 Hi Many thanks for all your kind wishes. My apologies for being quiet so long as something crops up at home ...We paid $115 above COV ... but no choice as rare supply and most importantly very near to my child's school ..During this quiet time, hubby went thru several big name IDs and contractor .... at first we got Mr Yeak also but after awhile he called to say that couldn't help us .... so sad ... We intend to save some reno cost and to get several contractors to do different items ... Hope to have some advices, many thanks in advance Main items:(1) carpentry (wardrobe, tv console, bookcases, kitchen cabinets ..), a Mr Kelvin Lee of Boon Bee General Construction in Sungai Kadut area(2) masonary, plumbing, tiling, painting, L-box, all by Homemaster Interior Design & Furnishing, a Mr Lim BCActually, the (1) also under his company ...Any comments, dear bros and sis? thanks in advance .. kooky 2 Report post Posted April 24, 2013 Congrats on your purchase and becoming an EM owner.I reckon 115k COV is really over the top! But then again, since EA & EM is hard to come by thsee days and for your kids, I suppose you and yours must've felt that it is all worth it :-)Looking forward to see the transformation of this unit!
