wisann 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2013 Today I managed to drop by Journey East to check out the furniture that they have. I immediately fall in love with this table. But wifey thinks that it is too rough/industrial look My 2nd option will be this one:It looks similar to this one that is shown in Home and Decor website:Either of these will make me happy haha, but they surely cost a bomb lol. Need to work out the budget carefully.

clamss 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2013 Actually you can try getting those wooden kitchen tops from ikea and make your own dining table. Should be more recession friendly. Google ikea hacks for some ideas.

wisann 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2013 I am getting the dining table from Ethnicraft. Visited their showroom and quite impressed with the quality. Price-wise, not the cheapest, but still cheaper than Journey East haha..@mrmerry, yeahh, wheeled dining table is rather too rough/adventurous. I scrapped the idea, but I am probably getting a wheeled tv console though
